Potter Street is continually looking to work with all members of its community.  So we can continue to grow and develop. We regularly ask for feedback from parents, this may be formally or informally.  The results of the surveys allow us to develop as a school and help us ensure that our pupils receive the best quality education possible.

As a school, we value feedback from parents. These results show that 100% of parents would recommend our school to someone else.

This document presents the results of our latest survey of parent/carer views.  The survey was carried out in July 2024.

• The school has some incredibly good points and areas for development and learning.  Not all thoughts and ideas have been shared between teachers but have seen some improvements the last few months.  All staff work extremely hard and are dedicated to their jobs!  I am thankful for them all.
• This school has been amazing, welcoming and they have picked up on my child’s dyslexia which his other schools did not.  Thank you for all your help and support.
• All the teachers are very helpful and polite.
• We are happy with our child’s progress and highly recommend this school.
• Achievements have been celebrated, my child is included and loves school.  The teachers go above and beyond.  Kindness, politeness and friendships from students is encouraged.
• Professional, friendly staff.  Always happy to help and very attentive to detail.  My daughter has all the support that she needs.  Well done to all staff!
• My child loves school, the staff are all brilliant and we cannot praise them enough for everything they do.
• My child likes being at Potter Street, the only thing he would like to see is more clubs and activities for “boys”.  He thinks a lot of clubs are more appropriate for “girls”.
• My child loves being at Potter Street, she is consistently supported and encouraged to be the best she can be.
• More variety of school meals and bigger portions of food for the older children
